for those ready to soften, listen, and return to themselves
Sacred Exhale was born from a lifelong devotion to what lives beneath the surface. Through years of Buddhist study, breathwork practice, and tribal dancing, I’ve come to understand that we are not here to be fixed or perfected. We are here to remember.
Breathwork sessions invite you into deeper awareness through conscious, guided breathing.
The breath becomes a doorway — supporting release, clarity, and a deeper connection to your inner landscape. Each session is held in a grounded and supportive way, allowing whatever arises to move at its own pace.

`Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.’ – Carl Jung
By bringing continuous awareness to the breath in each action, you begin to awaken from autopilot and step fully into living as a conscious being—with clarity, intention, and inner peace. (Preferably for students that have reached intermediate level in our breathwork classes)

Tribal Fusion dance is an embodied movement practice rooted in presence, rhythm, and inner listening.
Rather than performance, the focus is on sensation and expression. Allowing movement to emerge organically from within the body. This supports grounding, sensual awareness, and a more intimate relationship with your body.

Mother, partner, dancer, guide… and lifelong seeker of what lies beneath the ordinary.
Since I was a child, I felt the pull of something deeper — asking questions that didn’t always have words: Why am I here? What is this life really calling me into? That path led me through 8 years of studying Buddhism with Lama Marut, until his passing, into studying Breathwork with Michaël Bijker (Yogalap), and into the sensual wisdom of Tribal Fusion dance with Imaya Sabine.
I’ve learned that true transformation isn’t loud. It happens in the breath, in the body, in the quiet remembering of who we really are.
Sacred Exhale is the space where these threads come together — a place to soften, to reconnect, and to return to what is essential.
You sense there is more beneath the surface of daily life and feel ready to explore it gently.
You long to step out of constant movement and return to presence, breath, and awareness.
You’re open to meeting yourself through sensation, movement, and embodied practice.
You want space to listen inwardly rather than search for answers outside yourself.
You understand that real transformation can be quiet, gradual, and deeply personal.
No experience is needed — only openness and a willingness to breathe and move.
